Yaz Birth Control Recall Updates

According to a lawyer for the plaintiffs of Yaz birth control, by changing the format of the test came to mediation after the protests of the defendants. He said: "Bayer wanted to go to court and the judge will decide if they wanted to find a solution outside the courtroom for Yaz birth control case."

He added: "We are ready to try cases of Yaz birth control , but we are also willing to talk, if Bayer wants to try in good faith."

The mediator is a law professor at George Washington University. Fortunately, it seems to come with sound knowledge and experience in mediating disputes drug, for Yaz birth control this time. The president of a law firm based in New Jersey, said the professor, "has a keen sense of right and wrong, and he works for a reasonable review of the case (Yaz birth control  case) that everyone can live."

The plaintiffs and their lawyers have a solid case about Yaz birth control , and the evidence against Bayer. Considering the evidence is not surprising that Bayer did not want to go to court. It will be interesting to see what effect, if any, will be held this mediation about Yaz birth control .
